Working With Us

We will begin with in-home visits to assess your needs, your wishes, but also to share with you our experience of 25 years, to make this project of lasting value, and done with just the features you desire. Often two or three visits before the contract is signed. We spare no effort to refine the design.

At these initial contracts, we will present a full color portfolio of previous work plus a lengthy list of previous customers, with addresses and phone numbers, as references.

After assessing your needs and wishes, an estimate will be given of the approximate cost. Should the figures match your budget, and you give your approval, we will proceed with the design phase. A fee of $250 is required at this time. This fee is non refundable.

As part of the design, a packet is prepared for you.

• 3D Perspectives of your actual kitchen (or project) as it will appear.
• Line drawings with exact measurements of each part, computer generated.
• A contract is presented.

If you should decide to go with Wood Hut for your project, the design fee will be applied to the contract. Should you decide to go with another contractor, the drawings are yours.
